No appointment is necessaryjust stop by to talk to me about your concerns and ideas for our community.
On Friday, October 21, the University of Iowa Student Government will host a Town Gown Social (formal name, but casual dress) from 7:00pm-10:00pm in the Sheraton Hotel Ballroom. Student and community leaders will be on hand to talk shop, celebrate, eat dessert, and enjoy a free show BY Dave Zollo. The public hearings on the proposed zoning code will continue at the Councils next formal meeting on November 1.

New Affirmative Action Team Listserv

As you know, the A-Team maintains an informal listserv for committee members and supporters. To facilitate communication, James Moody and I have created this Yahoo Group for all Dems interested in A-Team activities. You must have a Yahoo Profile, but the Group e-mails can be delivered to whatever e-mail address you like. It is not necessary to have group e-mails delivered to the same address as this invitation.
We will keep the jibber jabber to a minimum and try to ensure that posts to the Group move us closer to achieving our county and district wide Affirmative Action goals.
