The Johnson County Democrats will hold their Off-Year Caucus at 6:30 on
March 10th, back of the Iowa City Community School District Board
Room.  Special guest will be Iowa's First Lady, Christy Vilsack,
a Democratic champion of the 2nd Congressional District!
 
Plans for the event are under development but include a "business
meeting" from 6:30-7:30 with arrival of our special guest at as we
finish the meeting.
 
Gina Schatteman and Kirsten Running are the chairs of the caucus
planning committee.  They are anxious for volunteers and ideas. 
Thoughts are for a silent auction and suggested contributions for
coffee and dessert.
 
We will do a mailing, a phone call message from Christy and press
announcements and releases on the event. 
 
Please volunteer to help and please hold the date!  This is a great
opportunity for party building
