Affirmative Action mtg, 12/16

Just a reminder that the A-Team will be meeting on Thursday December
16th at 7 pm in Meeting Room "B" at the Iowa City Public Library. All
Dems are welcome!!!!
We will be discussing:
1) Monthly Volunteering at the Crisis Center
2) An Education Initiative with the ICCSD and parents/students of
difference
3) 24 Month Plan - How To Not Disappear Between Elections
4) List of annual Johnson County events at which the A-Team must and/or
should have a presence
5) location of A-Team monthly meetings - bringing the Dems to the
neighborhoods
6) anything else that we need to be working on
A Team meetings are open to the public, including all Dems and non-Dems
who have an interest in standing up for people of difference. Whatever
your interest, we have a spot on our team for you. If you are
interested in the A-Team and cannot make it to this meeting, please
contact one of us, so we can keep you in the loop. Thanks for
